Animations
Animation prices require a lot of discussion due to many variations.I would prefer that I get MINIMUM $15 per second of animation. This may be negotiated for exceedingly simple styles. AVERAGE price is around $40-60 per second, or about 3k for a minute of animation. Complexity and project length may raise price.Short animations will never be cheaper than the equivalent drawing prices
For example, I wouldnt do a 1 second fullbody animation for just 15$. A typical non-animated fullbody is 60-100$.CHARACTER DESIGN AND STORYBOARD IS A SEPARATE PRICE
I normally do not do detailed storyboards in my animation process. You may provide a script or your own storyboard which will still be helpful.

Minecraft Skins
Here is a Google slides with minecraft skin examples! I made it a while ago and I don't have enough space to put them all in Carrd....Java/Bedrock skins are $15-20, HD is negotiable.
